Aspects of Radiation Physical Concepts and Socio-Economic Concepts in Radiation Protection

This lecture was a mandatory elective course. It covered topics like the socio-economic impact, problems of interest in public discussions, risk-benefit evaluation, public acceptability of different types of risks. It gave an introduction to the interaction of ionizing radiation with matter, basic problems and fundamental concepts of today's radiation protection. The final project of this course was to either do a presentation or a video on a chosen topic. My project was a video on Iran's Nuclear Program and World Political Reactions.
